What does your “first thing out of bed” look like?

One of the best, if not the most important thing you can do for yourself first thing in the morning has been a cup of hot lemon water. The benefits of doing so are unbelievable and many!


Begin by squeezing the lemon into the empty cup first, this way it will not get seeds into your morning drink. The first sip will instantly refreshen your mouth and begin so many of the other benefits lemon water has.
